Abstract Although I had not previously been aware of Jean Ginibre’s work on random matrices, beginning in 1978 became an admirer his many papers nonlinear waves collaboration with Giorgio Velo. Their were amazingly profound and inspirational. subsequently met times. especially remember the pleasant time spent together at a meeting 2001 Hokkaido University dedicated to memory great Tosio Kato. The present announcement is very brief summary some my recent mathematical work, joint Yilun Wu, concerning simple model galaxies.
